What warranties do we offer?

​

• All products distributed by Fitness Warehouse PR Corp, except for upholstery and protective coverings, are warranted to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of time in accordance with the manufacturers’ specifications.

​

• Defective parts will be replaced or repaired at the discretion of Fitness Warehouse PR Corp without charge, providing:

​

* The claim is submitted to Fitness Warehouse PR Corp prior to the expiration of the manufacturer warranty period.

​

* The damage was not caused by abuse, misuse or neglect of normal care.

​

* The defective equipment or items not covered by a Service & Maintenance Contract are brought into Fitness Warehouse PR      Corp-authorized service center.

​

• Pick-up of items at customer site or the dispatch of a Fitness Warehouse PR Corp technician to a customer site not covered by a Service & Maintenance Contract will be invoiced at current rates for such services.

​

Do you deliver to my home or business?

​

• We offer delivery and installation services throughout the Island, including Vieques and Culebra. However, these services carry an additional charge.

​

What do you recommend for a home fitness center?

​

• Ideally, you should "staff" your home fitness center with a combination of strength training and aerobic conditioning equipment.  That allows you, your family and friends to follow a total body fitness program.  And the variety of exercises will keep workouts more interesting.

​

What payment methods are accepted?

 

• We accept cash, checks, Visa, Master Card, American Express, EFT's, ATM (debit card) and Discover Card. Photo Id is required.

 

Do you repair brands of equipment that you don't represent?

 

• Yes, our technicians are authorized to repair other brands of equipment.

​

Does Fitness Warehouse PR Corp offer a service and maintenance agreement?

 

• Yes, we offer service & maintenance agreements for all equipment purchased in our store. The cost of the agreement varies according to the amount of equipment purchased.
